Pick-up & Delivery

Please ensure punctuality when collecting your cake or desserts. Glam Sucré guarantees that all necessary measures will be taken to ensure the stability of the cake or dessert during transportation. Once the cake or dessert has been collected from the designated pickup location, it becomes the client’s responsibility to prevent any damages. For tiered cakes, delivery services are available for an additional fee.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please note that Glam Sucré cannot be held accountable for any health-related concerns that may arise from the consumption of our products. We kindly request our clients to inform us of any known allergens pertaining to themselves or their guests during the cake/dessert consultation. It is important to understand that Glam Sucré cannot assume responsibility for the consumption of non-edible items (e.g. flowers, wires, ribbons, pearls) used as decorations on our cakes or desserts. Prior to consumption, clients are advised to remove any non-edible items from the cake or dessert.

Number of Servings

I acknowledge that Glam Sucré has provided me with an estimated number of servings, which I have selected for my order. However, I understand that the final serving count may vary depending on the discretion of the venue’s kitchen staff or the person responsible for the cake at the event. Glam Sucré cannot be held liable if every guest does not receive a serving of the cake. In such cases, please note that no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available. Please note that due to the overwhelming response and limited availability, we reserve your requested date exclusively for you. Consequently, we are unable to refund any payments made towards reserving our services.

Please keep in mind that it is of utmost importance to ensure you place your order at least 72 hours in advance. The final price of your order will be determined by the design you select. We kindly inform you that we currently offer pick-up services exclusively, although delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Should you have any images depicting the desired style of cake, we would be more than happy to utilize them as a reference, while simultaneously incorporating our own touch of creativity and style. Conversely, in the event that you don’t possess any specific references, we can create a unique design tailored specifically for your special occasion. A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be required for all orders. It is also worth mentioning that Glam Sucré operates as a Home Based Business.
